Senior DevOps Engineer - Release Engineering

The position sits within Matillion's Internal Engineering Platform organization, focusing on ensuring seamless service updates and changes to their data platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with Software Engineers to manage the entire deployment pipeline from development to production, requiring expertise in scripting, coding, and scalable deployment strategies.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing complex application release processes and tooling, serving as a subject matter expert in areas including source control, continuous integration, test infrastructure, and deployment. The role requires strong technical skills in various programming languages and tools, including Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, and modern DevOps tools.
