The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is seeking a Director of Digital Transformation to lead internal-facing digital initiatives within the Technology Innovation Department (TID). As the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy of the digital transformation program area. This includes overseeing a portfolio of modernization projects such as instructional design, critical event management, process improvement, and MBTA-wide information & technology strategy.
