Meta's Enterprise Infrastructure & Security (EIS) team is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to join their world-class team in building and maintaining critical enterprise infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of Windows systems engineering and modern DevOps practices, focusing on building scalable, automated solutions for Meta's enterprise environment.
The position offers an opportunity to work on high-traffic, high-visibility services that support Meta's global operations. You'll be responsible for building and securing Windows environments, implementing infrastructure as code, and leveraging Meta's extensive production infrastructure to solve enterprise challenges. The role combines traditional systems engineering with modern automation and cloud practices.
As an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, including container orchestration, software-defined storage, and advanced monitoring tools. You'll need strong PowerShell scripting abilities and experience with programming languages like Python, Ruby, or Go. The role requires both technical depth in Windows systems and breadth across infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities For Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer
- Build, scale, and secure the Windows environment within Meta enterprise infrastructure
- Apply modern engineering methodologies such as Infrastructure-as-Code, container orchestration, and software-defined storage
- Implement scalable, automated, monitored, and well-documented systems
- Leverage Meta production infrastructure to solve enterprise customer problems
- Participate in incident root cause analysis through multiple infrastructure layers
Requirements For Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer
- 2+ years of experience in systems engineering
- 2+ years experience automating infrastructure and services management
- 2+ years experience with monitoring and configuration management tools
- 2+ years experience PowerShell scripting
- 2+ years experience coding in object oriented or functional languages
- Thorough understanding of Windows operating system internals
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
