Description For Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer

Meta's Enterprise Infrastructure & Security (EIS) team is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to join their world-class team in building and maintaining critical enterprise infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of Windows systems engineering and modern DevOps practices, focusing on building scalable, automated solutions for Meta's enterprise environment.

The position offers an opportunity to work on high-traffic, high-visibility services that support Meta's global operations. You'll be responsible for building and securing Windows environments, implementing infrastructure as code, and leveraging Meta's extensive production infrastructure to solve enterprise challenges. The role combines traditional systems engineering with modern automation and cloud practices.

As an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, including container orchestration, software-defined storage, and advanced monitoring tools. You'll need strong PowerShell scripting abilities and experience with programming languages like Python, Ruby, or Go. The role requires both technical depth in Windows systems and breadth across infrastructure layers.

Meta offers a competitive compensation package including base salary ($107,000-$161,000), bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. You'll be joining one of the world's leading tech companies, working on systems that impact billions of users while helping to shape the future of enterprise infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of systems engineering experience, strong automation capabilities, and a solid understanding of Windows internals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work at scale, tackle complex technical challenges, and contribute to Meta's enterprise engineering evolution.
