Network Operations Engineer

Meta is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to join their team in managing one of the world's largest networks. As a Network Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading operations improvements and automation initiatives across Meta's production networks. The role requires expertise in network operations, system administration, and automation tools, with a focus on improving efficiency and reliability. You'll work with cutting-edge technology in a hyper-scale environment, collaborating with various teams including Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Traffic teams.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of network operations experience, strong coding abilities in languages like Python or Go, and a deep understanding of IP networks or CDN/Edge networks. You'll be part of a global team that maintains and improves Meta's critical network infrastructure, participating in on-call rotations and emergency response procedures.

This position offers competitive compensation ($133,000-$190,000/year) plus bonus and equity, along with comprehensive benefits.
