  • Drive the development of algorithms, datasets and pipelines that convert input images into detailed human representations
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to conceptualize, build, and test novel algorithms on digital humans and avatars
  • Support the realization of research outcomes into code through reusable tools and modularized libraries
  • Learn constantly, dive into new areas with uncharted technologies, and embrace the ambiguity of inventing the future of digital humans

Requirements For Research Engineer - Detailed 3D Human Pose, Shape and Expression Estimation

Python
  • PhD degree in Computer Graphics/Vision, Machine Learning, or related fields
  • 5+ years experience in creating 3d geometry processing, 3d animation, and/or deep learning solutions for digital humans
  • 5+ years experience creating modern deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures
  • Proficient in modern Python and pytorch
  • Experience with designing real-time systems in C++ and Cuda
  • Experience with 3d packages such as Maya, Blender, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Unity
