Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Meta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Infrastructure Operations Products & Services (IOPS) team within the Enterprise Infrastructure and Security (EIS) organization. This role is crucial in building and maintaining the robust backbone infrastructure that supports Meta's employees and vendor partners worldwide.

The position involves designing and developing core backend software components, primarily using Python, JavaScript, and PHP/Hack. You'll be responsible for improving the efficiency and scalability of infrastructure systems while working cross-functionally with other teams to integrate innovations.

As a senior engineer, you'll take ownership of critical components and features, leading technical direction and driving consensus across teams. The role requires strong expertise in large-scale infrastructure applications and a proven track record of shipping high-quality, reliable systems.
