Prime Video is seeking an experienced Senior Storage Systems Engineer to join their Media Systems Engineering, Studios Technology team in Culver City, CA. This role is part of a cross-functional team supporting production and post-production partners to define, build, implement, and maintain business-critical infrastructure for Studios teams globally.
The Media Systems Engineering team focuses on building post-production environments, technology solutions, and infrastructure to optimize audio and video workflows throughout the content creation lifecycle at Amazon Studios/Prime Video. As a Senior Storage Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and supporting storage systems and developing the future roadmap of these platforms.
Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing storage solutions for media workflows, developing automation tools, managing complex storage environments, and collaborating with business leaders to understand technical needs. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies across local data centers and AWS, while supporting editing facilities and remote work environments.
