Software Engineer - CTJ - Poly

Microsoft Security is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Identity engineering team, focusing on building and managing Microsoft's online identity providers for all Microsoft's online services and platforms. The role involves developing mission-critical services at scale, working with cutting-edge technologies, and contributing to world-wide operations.

The Identity engineering team is responsible for Microsoft's online identity providers across Azure, Office, Xbox, and HoloLens, spanning both consumer and enterprise spaces. The position requires deep technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory environments, cloud services, and security implementations.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with multiple teams, participating in on-call rotation, developing technical solutions and automation, providing livesite support for Azure's air-gapped regions, and building additional services. The role requires an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, with proven ability to deliver innovative solutions for complex problems. They should have expertise in design patterns for client and micro-services, focusing on security, reliability, and scalability.
