Description For Technical Support Engineering

Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their Customer Service & Support (CSS) team in Bangalore. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence, focusing on resolving complex technical issues for Microsoft's enterprise customers.

The position requires a strong background in software development and technical support, with expertise in .NET, web APIs, and networking concepts. You'll be responsible for investigating and resolving sophisticated technical challenges, often involving mission-critical systems and politically sensitive situations. The role demands both technical proficiency and excellent communication skills, as you'll be interfacing directly with corporate customers and coordinating with global teams.

Key technical requirements include proficiency in .NET development, experience with RESTful services, and understanding of networking fundamentals. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience and be comfortable with various debugging tools and trace analysis. Additional valuable skills include knowledge of cloud computing, Azure technologies, and experience with multiple programming languages.
