As an AI Data Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building data pipelines for next-generation generative video models. The role focuses on ensuring data quality and developing robust infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

• Building scalable, high-throughput data pipelines for multi-modal video model training
• Developing systems for data ingestion, deduplication, quality assessment, and labeling
• Optimizing distributed data processing frameworks using tools like Apache Spark, Ray, and Airflow
• Scaling pipelines across thousands of GPUs
• Implementing comprehensive observability and telemetry systems

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Deep experience in building and scaling data infrastructure for large-scale ML systems
• Strong ML engineering background with hands-on classifier training experience
• Expertise in Python, Spark, Airflow, and similar frameworks
• Knowledge of modern infrastructure including Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud storage
• Experience with video-specific data challenges is a plus

The role offers a competitive salary range of $200K - $400K and follows a hybrid work model with periodic team meetings in London, UK or North America.
