Multiplica Talent is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the Engineering team of their client, a renowned SaaS company with over 15 years in the market. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of development experience, with strong skills in Ruby on Rails for backend development and JavaScript (React) for frontend work. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing new functionalities, reviewing code, participating in daily planning meetings, and contributing to the overall improvement of the product. Responsibilities For Software Engineer Senior
- Develop functionalities specified in each mission (initiative)
- Review team code
- Create daily plan with the team in daily meetings
- Contribute knowledge to refine tasks to be worked on
- Estimate tasks to be worked on
- Pair programming (Development together with other team members)
- Propose technical improvements to the product
- Share knowledge with the team
- Participate in rotating product support
- Shape the scope of initiatives being carried out
Requirements For Software Engineer Senior
- At least 5 years of development experience
- Back-end development experience with Ruby on Rails
- Solid experience using front-end technologies JavaScript (React)
- Solid experience using NodeJS
- English proficiency at least at a technical level
- Intermediate management of AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Experience creating solutions
- Experience with RabbitMQ (preferred)
- Knowledge of infrastructure (preferred)
- Knowledge of Redshift, Sidekiq, Typescript (desirable)
- Experience with NetCore / C# to use tools like DevExpress (preferred)
- Proactive and communicative style
- Experience using Datadog (preferred)
- Experience in programming automated tests (TDD desirable)
