Responsibilities For Full Stack Engineer

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack
  • Build and optimize responsive, high-performance user interfaces
  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that power our platform
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly build, test, and iterate on features
  • Debug production issues across our systems, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability
  • Work independently and collaboratively to solve complex technical challenges

Requirements For Full Stack Engineer

  • 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications
  • Proficiency in React (or similar frontend frameworks) and Python
  • Experience designing and working with GraphQL, RESTful APIs and databases (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Strong understanding of modern frontend development, including TypeScript, React, component-driven architecture and modern tooling
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment best practices
  • A combined passion for great user experience and scalable backend systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong preference for Bay Area - Nash operates a hybrid first product team with an office in San Francisco
  • Startup experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bonus: Experience with Flask, SQLAlchemy, WebSockets, and integration-heavy systems
