Netflix's Content Engineering team is seeking a Distributed Systems Engineer to join their Enterprise Developer Paved Road (EDPR) team. Requirements For Distributed Systems Engineer (L4), Content Engineering

Java
  • 2+ years of experience working on distributed systems features or applications
  • Proficient experience with Java, C# or other OO programming languages
  • Good understanding of OO design principles
  • Understanding of multithreading and parallelism
  • Understanding of software observability
  • Experience in developing microservices, data modeling and API designs
  • Ability to describe complex technical concepts
  • Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident reviews
