The team is new and faced with the ambitious task of building highly performant advertising systems to monetize Netflix's incredible slate of content. The ideal candidate should have domain experience in ad delivery, identity and audience targeting, or creative management & policy. They should also have a general understanding of the advertising marketplace, experience with cloud-based applications, and familiarity with A/B testing. The role offers the opportunity to work on unique value propositions in the rapidly growing Connected TV advertising space, aiming to differentiate Netflix from the competition and become a market leader in record time.
Key Responsibilities:
The compensation structure consists of an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $720,000, with the option to choose between salary and stock options.
