Responsibilities For Staff Product Designer, Developer Platform
- Lead design strategy for complex developer platform initiatives
- Define and evolve design patterns and systems that scale across the platform
- Create cohesive, end-to-end experiences that reduce cognitive load
- Drive end-to-end design solutions for complex technical workflows
- Craft and validate prototypes that effectively communicate solutions
- Mentor other designers in technical product design
- Partner with product and engineering teams to shape strategy and implementation
- Facilitate design workshops and creative sessions with technical stakeholders

Requirements For Staff Product Designer, Developer Platform
- 8+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience)
- Experience designing developer tools, platforms, or technical products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design and technical product work
- Expert in design tools (Figma, etc.) and prototyping technologies
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable solutions
- Deep knowledge of software development processes, practices, toolchains, and cloud/devops
- Experience building and evolving component-based design systems
- Successfully led design strategy for complex technical products
