Responsibilities For DFT Engineer

  • Verification of state of art Memory BIST logic and DFT circuits like JTAG, IO BIST and ATPG
  • Validating test features with testplan development at unit-level and SOC/Full Chip level using UVM
  • Pre-Silicon Simulation and Debug of Test functionality
  • Work on automation, flow development & improvement, coverage metrics
  • Partner with design team to understand architecture and collaborate with QA engineers
  • Test execution, bug identification/fix, and Memory-test productization

Requirements For DFT Engineer

Python
  • Btech/BE/BS or Mtech/ME/MS in EE/ECE or equivalent experience
  • Solid Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Good understanding of Logic design, Architecture & Verification
  • Strong Coding skills in industry-standard scripting languages
  • Exposure to DFT circuits and methodology
  • 1-4 years experience in verification flows like UVM, coverage metrics
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
