Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and developing techniques to GPU-accelerate high-performance workloads in the finance domain, focusing on Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics applications.
- Collaborating with technical experts to analyze and optimize complex AI and HPC workloads.
- Publishing and presenting optimization techniques to educate the Developer community.
- Influencing the design of next-generation hardware architectures, software, and programming models.
The role requires an advanced degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, expertise in C/C++ programming, parallel programming, and CPU/GPU architecture fundamentals. Experience in financial applications, machine learning algorithms, and technical leadership are highly valued.

Requirements For Senior AI Developer Technology Engineer, Financial Sector
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related computationally focused science degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant work or research experience
- Direct experience improving the performance of large computational applications used by financial institutions
- Programming fluency in C/C++ with a deep understanding of algorithms and software design
- Hands-on experience with low-level parallel programming (e.g., CUDA, OpenACC, OpenMP, MPI, pthreads, TBB)
