Senior DevOps Engineer

OneChronos is seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to drive the deployment, automation, and scaling of our periodic auction matching infrastructure. We are a technology company at the intersection of Capital Markets, Machine Learning and Auction Theory, bringing "Smart Markets" to finance.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure that supports our mission-critical systems. This role requires deep expertise in infrastructure automation and workflow orchestration, with hands-on experience using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Temporal.

Our software and systems are developed in-house and match billions of dollars per day of security transactions. We're a company of mostly engineers, founded by engineers, where every person is an individual contributor in some form.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure for both on-premise and cloud environments
• Implement and maintain workflow orchestration to ensure reliability and fault tolerance
• Ensure high availability and performance through monitoring, alerting, and automation
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate DevOps best practices
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation
• Maintain compliance and security best practices
