Research Engineer, Post-training Model Optimization

OpenAI is seeking a Research Engineer specializing in Post-training Model Optimization to join their team in San Francisco. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $360K – $440K, with additional benefits including equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
