Applications Developer 3

Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) is seeking exceptional developers in India to join their team responsible for implementing, running, and improving Oracle's Enterprise Applications. As an Applications Developer 3, you'll work on cutting-edge Fusion applications, E-business Suite modules, and custom applications development.

The role involves working with Oracle's own business requirements as a test bed for innovation, often developing extensions and custom applications to meet the needs of Oracle's 100,000-employee operation. Your innovations may be incorporated into core products, making Oracle its own best reference for enterprise applications.

Key projects include:

• Global implementation of Oracle's Fusion applications
• Implementation of Oracle's E-business Suite modules
• Design, development and implementation of custom applications
• Implementation of Oracle BI and data visualization
• Delivering infrastructure for Oracle's Public Cloud SaaS and PaaS solutions
• Architecting applications for Exadata & Exalogic servers
• Developing self-service Quoting, Order and Contract Management tools

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, and data modeling, with the ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions. You'll work in a collaborative environment, coordinating with global IT teams while providing direction and mentoring to others.
