As a member of the HDI development organization, you will contribute to a mission-critical platform that enables customers to develop solutions that address worldwide healthcare problems in therapeutic areas such as vaccines and oncology.

The AMS (Application Management Services) team provides 24/7 support to production customer systems, working with cutting-edge technologies and interacting with cross-functional teams. The role involves supporting scalable hosting environments, collaborating on automation initiatives, and ensuring high availability of mission-critical processes.

Key responsibilities include managing multi-server Windows, Linux, and Oracle environments, developing automation solutions, mentoring staff, and participating in production support activities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in scripting, automation, and cloud technologies, with strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.

Technical expertise required includes proficiency in Linux/Windows Server OS, scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell), infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Chef), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI), and containerization technologies. Experience with CI/CD tools, SQL, and agile methodologies is essential.
