Database Cloud Solution Engineer – EBS

Oracle is seeking a Database Cloud Solution Engineer specializing in EBS to join their Customer Success Services (CSS) organization. This role combines deep expertise in Oracle Database/Exadata technology with cloud computing, focusing on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base. The position involves managing and supporting customer environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.

As a Database Cloud Solution Engineer, you'll be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, performing system monitoring, and implementing best practices in collaboration with internal teams. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to customer satisfaction, as you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and handling escalated issues.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA working with distributed systems, extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS, and expertise in Oracle Database, RAC, and DataGuard. Strong skills in performance tuning and cloud infrastructure are essential. The position demands excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish.
