Director, AI Solutions Engineering - Oracle Government, Defense & Intelligence

Oracle GDI (Government, Defense & Intelligence) is seeking a Director of AI Solutions Engineering to lead their Cloud Engineering Solutions Technical team. This hybrid position, based in the VA/DC area, involves managing senior-level AI engineers and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions for government and commercial customers.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in AI solution design, implementation, and team management. You'll be responsible for understanding customer challenges, creating MVPs, and overseeing technical delivery using AI technologies. The position involves working with Python, Java, and modern DevOps tools while managing integration with various development platforms.

As a leader in this role, you'll need to demonstrate strong technical acumen combined with strategic thinking and team management skills. The position requires significant government sector experience and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
