Oracle's Customer Success Services (CSS) is seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer/Architect to deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base. This role combines technical expertise with customer advocacy, focusing on managing and supporting customer environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
The position requires deep technical knowledge in cloud architecture, particularly OCI, along with strong customer service abilities.
