Oracle Cloud Operation Engineer

As part of Oracle Finance GIU - Banking-Application Management Support team, SaaSOps will be taking the complete responsibility of supporting & maintaining the OCI cloud based applications, environment and database on the OCI (Oracle Cloud). The role involves managing and supporting cloud-based applications, database and services, including designing, planning, implementing, onboarding, configuring and managing cloud environments. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills and working with ticketing-based systems to resolve issues, monitor various aspects of cloud services, and maintain 24/7 production operations. The successful candidate will interact with customers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders while maintaining SLA requirements.

The role combines technical expertise in cloud operations, database administration, and infrastructure management with customer service skills. You'll be part of a team supporting critical banking cloud services and products, requiring both depth in technical knowledge and breadth in operational support capabilities.
