Oracle is seeking an experienced Delivery Engineer for their Global SAP on Oracle CoE / SAP Support team. This role focuses on providing last-level support for SAP/Oracle customers, working within the CSS Global Expertise Center. The position involves handling technical escalations, troubleshooting complex issues, and serving as a primary point of contact for SAP support.
As a member of the global CSS SAP CoE team, you'll work directly with Oracle/SAP customers, Oracle development, and SAP support engineers. The role requires expertise in both Oracle and SAP technologies, with responsibilities including technical escalation management, root cause analysis, and deployment of quarterly SAP Bundle Patches.
The position offers a remote delivery option or the possibility to work onsite at the Palo Alto SAP Office. You'll be part of a 24x7 support rotation, with weekend support required approximately every 4 weeks. This role is ideal for someone who excels at solving complex technical problems, has strong communication skills, and can work effectively with minimal supervision.
