Oracle's Customer Success Services (CSS) is seeking a Principal Advanced Services Engineer to join their Database & Cloud team in Sevilla, Spain. This role is part of the CSS Advanced Service Engineering (ASE) organization, a global, innovative team that establishes long-term trusted relationships with Oracle's key customers.
As a Principal Advanced Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering customer infrastructure solutions across on-premise, public, multi-cloud, and Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) platforms. You'll work directly with customers to maximize their Oracle Cloud and on-premise investments, focusing on database operations, performance optimization, and technical advisory services.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Database products, including RAC, Grid Infrastructure, and Enterprise Manager OEM. Strong expertise in database troubleshooting, performance tuning, and high availability solutions is essential. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and advanced Unix/Linux administration skills are highly valued.
