Principal Engineer (DBA) – EXADATA/Goldengate/RAC

Oracle is seeking an experienced Principal Database Engineer to join their team as a DBA specialist focusing on EXADATA, Goldengate, and RAC technologies. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle databases and related technologies.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary DBA Lead, managing business-critical production databases and providing technical leadership to customer IT teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and data integrity while leading an offshore DBA team in executing maintenance activities and changes.

Key technical requirements include extensive experience with Oracle 12c, 19c, and 23ai databases, Oracle Engineered Systems, Grid Infrastructure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You'll need proven expertise in database security, backup and recovery mechanisms, and data replication using Oracle Golden Gate.
