Principal Product Solutions Engineer

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Cloud and Alloy Product Support Engineering team is seeking an experienced Principal Product Solutions Engineer to work with strategic customers in supporting their adoption of dedicated cloud product solutions. This role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs for OCI's Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy customers. The position offers an opportunity to help build a competitive offering from its nascency and extend OCI's reach globally.

The ideal candidate will work with a talented group of software developers, technical program managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable, highly available cloud services. The role requires full stack software development experience, software validation, debugging, and documentation skills in a DevOps approach using modern tools and languages.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Driving rapid customer adoption of IaaS platforms
• Owning strategy and execution plans for Cloud adoption
• Presenting to and influencing executive decision makers
• Monitoring products/programs from initiation through delivery
• Being the voice of customers to Oracle's cloud engineering teams

The position requires 6+ years of experience, strong technical skills including Computer Science fundamentals, and excellent communication abilities in both English and Korean. The successful candidate will work with enterprise architects to understand business drivers and help shape the future roadmap of OCI services.
