Principal Software Developer

Oracle is seeking a Principal Software Developer to join their Fusion Applications Cloud Services team. This role focuses on building next-generation cloud platform solutions that support mission-critical customer requirements at global scale. The position involves working with Java & cloud technologies to lead the design, development, and troubleshooting of cutting-edge applications on Oracle Cloud. As a senior member, you'll be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-performance & resilient software delivery.

The role is part of the Datastream team, where you'll build innovative automated solutions and tools for cloud native services that ingest data from the fleet and deliver insights through various downstream applications. You'll work in a dynamic environment that combines the agility of a startup with the scale of a leading enterprise software company.

Key responsibilities include developing software programs, algorithms, and automated processes for release management, increasing operational efficiency, and working closely with SaaS and Platform teams. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of Java development experience, strong knowledge of cloud native technologies, and expertise in DevOps methodologies.
