Responsibilities For RSOC Engineer
- Planning, design and build of security systems, applications, environments and architectures
- Oversee implementation of security systems and ensure compliance with information security standards
- Assist in development of incident response capabilities, training, and tool validation
- Research and manage information security threats and vulnerabilities
- Investigate intrusions and breaches, perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate incidents with other business units
- Develop new methods, playbooks, scripts, applications, and tools
- Research industry trends and assess security controls
- Implement new security controls across Oracle's line of business
- Improve processes and workflows to minimize manual efforts
Requirements For RSOC Engineer
- 6 to 10+ years of experience
- Security clearance required
- English language proficiency (read, write, and speak)
- Computer programming/scripting knowledge
- Experience with security architecture and implementation
