Senior Advanced Services Engineer, CSS Tech Delivery, Systems

Oracle is seeking a Senior Advanced Services Engineer to join their Support organization. This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. The position requires extensive experience in Linux/Systems administration and engineering.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in Linux/Systems and be comfortable working in a 24x7 environment. You'll be responsible for managing and troubleshooting complex systems, with a focus on Linux, Exadata, and Engineered Systems environments. Your expertise in OS administration will be crucial for maintaining and optimizing system performance.

Key technical requirements include strong OS troubleshooting skills and the ability to automate OS installation and configuration processes. You'll be working on streamlining deployment processes and reducing manual effort through automation. Knowledge of architecture and design for new business infrastructure is a plus.
