Senior Applications Developer

Oracle is seeking a Senior Applications Developer to join their Fusion development team. This role involves analyzing, designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs for commercial applications. As a member of the software engineering division, you'll work on Oracle's Fusion Global HR, Talent, Configuration Workbench, and Compensation product areas.

The position requires strong technical expertise in Java/J2EE technologies or database fundamentals, with a focus on building and maintaining enterprise-level applications. You'll be responsible for performing high-level design, implementing software architecture changes, and handling complex bug resolutions. The role involves significant collaboration with QA and porting engineering teams.

This is an IC3 (Individual Contributor) level position, ideal for someone with 4+ years of software engineering experience.
