Senior Cloud Engineer

Oracle's Fusion Data Intelligence Content Development team is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join their organization focused on enabling customers to fully leverage their data through top-tier out-of-the-box content and flexible customization frameworks. The role involves working with Oracle Analytics and Fusion Data Intelligence to improve product performance and customer experience.

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you'll be responsible for analyzing and mitigating production incidents, proposing product enhancements, and implementing solutions to improve system efficiency. You'll work on reducing incident resolution time, enhancing Oracle Support capabilities, and improving integration between FDI and other Oracle products.

The position requires participation in 24x7 on-call rotations to support EUSC, with weekly shifts including weekends and holidays. You'll collaborate with multiple Oracle development teams and Oracle Support, working in a dynamic environment that demands both technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Key technical requirements include experience with Oracle Analytics, RPD design and development, and BI/data warehouse analysis. The ideal candidate will have around 4 years of experience and strong communication skills. Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence and Fusion Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX) is highly desired.
