Senior OTBI Technical Analyst

Oracle is seeking a Senior OTBI Technical Analyst to join their Support organization in Hyderabad, India. This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. As a Principal Support Engineer, you'll provide strategic technical support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The position requires expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications, with a focus on OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reporting. You'll work with multiple domains including SCM, HCM, and Finance, while handling critical customer issues and implementing automated solutions for problem diagnosis and resolution.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5+ years of experience with strong SQL/PL/SQL skills, expertise in BIP reports and OTBI analyses, and experience with BI Cloud Connector. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, web services, and shell scripting is highly valued.
