Description For Senior Principal Product Manager

Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure, focusing on product development and strategy for Oracle Health. This team aims to build a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare with an entrepreneurial spirit. The role involves defining and driving product strategy for integration with Medical and Wearable devices, Health Apps, Life Science Integration, and Payer integration. As a Senior Principal Product Manager, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, quantify feature demands, and define capabilities that enable patients to better manage their healthcare journey. The position requires deep analysis of customer problems, market opportunities, and innovative solution development. You'll collaborate closely with engineering teams, define product requirements, and create roadmaps that deliver key capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring meaningful solutions to healthcare while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities For Senior Principal Product Manager

  • Define product strategy and roadmap
  • Gather and analyze information to define product specifications
  • Act as the voice of customers to UX and engineering teams
  • Engage directly with customers and partners as product evangelist
  • Work with UX and Engineering teams to prioritize backlog
  • Focus on customer development and track customer feedback
  • Work with Program Management to manage product release process
  • Communicate product strategy and functionality
  • Review product documentation and collateral
  • Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities

Requirements For Senior Principal Product Manager

  • 10+ years product management/design experience, health IT consulting, or health IT solution work
  • Contribution and leadership of critical projects
  • Highly self-motivated to work independently
  • Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups
  • Customer focus with enterprise or public sector experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to lead multiple priorities
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Payers domain (preferred)
  • Experience with AI, Gen AI, Chatbot technology (preferred)
  • Experience with Medical devices, Wearable devices, and Health Apps integrations (preferred)
