Senior Software Engineer

Oracle's Digital Customer Service team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic team that develops software used by millions of people every day. This role is part of a team that designs, creates, and continuously improves customer service applications trusted by some of the world's largest companies.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and debugging software programs for commercial applications. You'll write code, perform testing, and debug applications while working in an agile, distributed team environment with bright and motivated engineers across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have excellent programming and problem-solving skills, with 4 years of software engineering experience. You should have a BS or MS degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for full stack development experience in cloud applications. Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS & HTML is highly desired.

Key responsibilities include performing high-level design based on external specifications, implementing changes to existing software architecture, building complex enhancements, and resolving bugs. You'll also be involved in creating and executing unit tests, reviewing QA test plans, and ensuring quality across products.
