Senior Technical Operations Engineer

As a Senior Technical Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. You'll perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This role combines deep technical knowledge with administration/analysis knowledge of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support for complex production environment problems related to growth, scaling, cloud leveraging, high performance, and high availability requirements.

The role involves working with cutting-edge cloud technology, supporting government and classified environments, and being part of a team that prioritizes customer mission success. You'll have the opportunity to work on challenging technical problems while ensuring the reliability and security of critical infrastructure.

This position requires rotation across day and night shifts as part of 24/7 support coverage, demonstrating our commitment to continuous service availability.
