Senior Technical Operations Engineer

The OCI Sovereign Cloud team focuses on bringing critical government and classified workloads to OCI through reliable and high-performance sovereign cloud regions. As a Senior Technical Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for operating production environments including systems and databases that support critical business operations. You'll perform administration and analysis across multiple production environments while recommending solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This role combines deep technical knowledge with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure expertise to provide escalation support for complex production environment challenges related to growth, scaling, cloud leveraging, high performance, and high availability requirements. The position requires security clearance and is open to Singaporeans and PRs only. You'll be part of a team providing 24/7 support with rotating shifts, working on cutting-edge cloud technology while supporting government and classified workloads.
