Site Reliability Developer 5

Oracle is seeking a Site Reliability Developer 5 to join their team in Austin, TX. This role is a critical position focused on maintaining and improving Oracle's cloud infrastructure services. As a Site Reliability Developer, you'll be responsible for solving complex problems and building automation solutions to prevent issues from recurring. The position requires expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure management, and software development.

The role combines traditional software engineering with operations expertise, requiring you to design and implement solutions for platform and application layer telemetry, monitoring, scalability, performance, and reliability. You'll work with various cloud platforms including Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, utilizing technologies such as Python, Terraform, and Prometheus.

This is a Staff-level position (IC5) that requires 8 years of progressive experience, offering a competitive salary range of $104,200 to $251,600 per annum.
