Software Developer 3 - Web Technologies

Oracle's CX Industry Solutions team is seeking a Software Developer 3 specializing in web technologies. This role is part of the world's most complete customer relationship management (CRM) solution, helping organizations differentiate their businesses to achieve maximum growth.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply intermediate to advanced knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications. You'll be working with Product Management and engineering leads, contributing to customer requirements analysis and technical specifications development.

The position is within the Core division, collaborating with world-class engineers across a wide spectrum of technologies including user experience, enterprise integration, business rules and workflow processing, mobile CRM and social CRM. You'll be working in a multidisciplinary environment with development, quality, and product management teams spread across Oracle HQ and India Development Centre.

Key responsibilities include analyzing complex problems, implementing innovative solutions, participating in product architecture decisions, and mentoring junior team members. You'll be involved in the full product release cycle, from concept to delivery, working with latest web technologies including HTML5, OJet components, and JavaScript-based solutions.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise software development, strong expertise in web technologies, and excellent communication skills.
