Software Developer 4 [Nashville Only]

The TOS (Technical Operations and Support) Observability organization at Oracle is seeking a talented Software Developer 4 to join their team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is focused on developing metrics and tools to enhance OCI Operability through improved observability, working towards stabilizing services and improving customer experience.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge techniques for detecting Large Scale Events (outages) in an automated and predictive fashion before they cause serious customer impact. As a Software Developer 4, you'll work directly with multiple service development teams, identify cross-team issues with associated operational risk, and collaborate across the organization to resolve underlying problems. The role requires a mix of engineering solutions, troubleshooting expertise, and general operational guidance, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $96,800 to $223,400 per annum, with additional benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, flexible vacation, and stock purchase plans.
