Software Engineer in Development Acceleration- fresh graduate

Oracle is seeking an Entry-Level Software Engineer to join their Development Acceleration team in Brno. This role focuses on enhancing development efficiency for over 1,500 engineers through quality enablement initiatives. You'll work on improving testing processes, implementing AI solutions, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and creating tools that boost developer productivity.

As part of the Productivity and Excellence area, you'll tackle complex problems by building and validating solutions, preparing test plans, and developing automated tests. The role offers extensive collaboration opportunities with diverse product teams across the organization. You'll participate in an agile development process that includes code reviews and pair programming, focusing on creating testable, scalable solutions that meet high security and reliability standards.

The ideal candidate should have a computer engineering degree and strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. Knowledge of modern web applications, HTTP protocols, and experience with Java or similar languages is essential. While this is an entry-level position, having experience with test frameworks, AI/ML, and cloud-based distributed applications would be advantageous.
