Sr. Software Development Director

Oracle's Health Application & Infrastructure team is seeking a Senior Software Development Director to lead the development of innovative healthcare services operating at high scale in a distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. This role combines technical leadership with people management, focusing on building new healthcare services that help reduce overall healthcare spend. The role involves working in a greenfield development environment with significant autonomy, building highly scalable ingestion systems and core building blocks of OCI's Server-less architecture. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge across the full stack, strong leadership abilities, and experience with large-scale distributed systems.

As a Senior Director, you'll be responsible for shaping the technical direction of major components within Oracle's Health and AI platform, managing development teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
