Sr. Software Development Director

Oracle's Health Application & Infrastructure team is seeking a Senior Software Development Director to lead the development of innovative healthcare services operating at high scale in a distributed cloud environment. This role combines technical leadership with people management, requiring expertise in distributed systems, architectural design, and team leadership.

The position involves working on greenfield development projects with significant autonomy, building highly scalable ingestion systems that form the core of OCI's Server-less capabilities. You'll be responsible for leading teams that develop solutions to help reduce overall healthcare spend while maintaining high availability and performance.

As a Senior Director, you'll need to balance technical depth with leadership skills, being able to dive deep into system architecture while effectively managing teams and processes. The role requires someone who can work backward from user needs, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and thrive in ambiguous situations.
