Technical Operations Engineer

As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. You will perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This role combines deep technical knowledge with administration/analysis knowledge of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support for complex production environment problems.

Key responsibilities include managing production server hardware and software, providing technical support, coordinating with internal and external resources, and maintaining system uptime. You'll work with cutting-edge cloud technology, handle critical infrastructure, and be part of a team that delivers essential services to government and enterprise customers.
