Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager - HDI
- Align priorities from various service teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end execution of sophisticated projects
- Understand various cloud technologies and technical trade-offs
- Communicate highly technical problems and solutions at all levels
- Implement new Cloud technologies as needed
- Lead large-scale projects end-to-end
- Support infrastructure and applications in a collaborative environment
- Make recommendations for corrective actions
- Contribute to the delivery of superior external customer product availability and support experience
Requirements For Technical Program Manager - HDI
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Security Clearance
- 5+ years of technical program management experience relevant to this position
- 5+ years in the IT industry
- Ability to communicate optimally and establish rapport with team members
- BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent
- Knowledge of DevOps toolchain
- Broad understanding of cloud infrastructures
- Experience developing or leading engineering or product portfolio planning and tracking processes
- Proven track record to operate optimally and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of acute ambiguity
- Ability to analyze project dependencies, relationships, drivers, and impacts across multiple project schedules
