Responsibilities For DevOps Engineer
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure
- Modernize legacy system(s) to meet today's demands
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment and release processes
- Implement and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner and document the process
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in DevOps principles
Requirements For DevOps Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or proven experience in the DevOps field, with at least 3 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda and RDS
- Experience on web technologies such as WebSockets, WAF
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell
- Proficiency in Terraform
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, containerd and Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of Open Systems Interconnection model (OSI model)
- Familiarity with tracing, monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Grafana Stack)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
