Software Engineer — Front End

Ozone is revolutionizing video editing by creating the world's first lag-free and collaborative video editor in the cloud. Our platform enables users to upload, render, and edit 60 fps 8k video footage from anywhere, even from a Starbucks cafe on a Macbook Air, performing 10 times faster than Premiere Pro.

As a Frontend Software Engineer at Ozone, you'll be at the forefront of this technological leap, working on:

• Collaborating with our core team to shape the product's future, providing valuable insights into customers, business, and growth strategies
• Designing and implementing a robust front-end architecture using HTML, CSS, JS, and ReactJS
• Working closely with our UX designer to transform designs into efficient, scalable code
• Implementing engineering best practices throughout development, testing, and deployment phases
• Contributing to team growth while fostering a diverse and inclusive engineering culture

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JS, ReactJS, Redux, and the MERN stack
• Proven track record of shipping production code
• Self-starter mindset with excellent communication skills
• Experience with fast-growing startups and entrepreneurial mindset (bonus)
