Parahelp is building frontier AI Agents to automate customer support work for leading software companies like Perplexity, Framer, Replit, and HeyGen. As a Founding AI Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and enhancing the AI agents that power Parahelp.

Your role will involve applying cutting-edge techniques, conducting evaluations, building retrieval pipelines, and optimizing for speed and cost. This is an opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered customer support automation.

The ideal candidate has experience building production-grade LLM systems and agent architectures, possesses strong software engineering fundamentals, and deep AI/ML knowledge. You should be proactive in automating workflows with AI tools and thrive in fast-paced environments.
